Beginnings on pattering and juxtaposition

This is the first group of a pattern I created. I was thinking of a floral patter or fabric for inspiration for this. 

I then took this idea and created another group of floral and made an overall larger more complex pattern.

Then I took the pattern and overlaid it on top of my actual floral pattern I used in my book and for my diagram. They seem to complement each other well.:)

Here is a juxtaposition I have been working on. I thought the purse icon had a pear shaped body so I found a woman who had this similar look and when placed together it worked very well. The lines line up almost perfectly!
